I've been to eat here twice. Both times have been exceptional. The location is private and nicely set in the countryside. The building is obviously old, so rustic but kept well and also decorated to a really nice modern standard. Staff all very friendly, professional and just a perfect service that stands out as above and beyond. The food now, absolutely brilliant. Both times I came I've had 3 or 4 courses and all have been very well prepared and served. Only small negative is the portions are a touch on the small side, but quality more than makes up for this in my opinion. The last time we came there was an Abba tribute too which was brilliant and all included in the price. Definitely will be coming here more regularly and recommend this to anyone wanting a nicer meal out.

I love going on a Friday night jue to the live pianist, it really does set the atmosphere 👌, the food is amazing and spot on every time. The staff really are so welcoming polite and patient. We only eat out on special occasions birthday, anniversary, and other statements of celebrations and we always choose the barn just simply class .

We had a really great experience. Staff were attentive. MENU had lots of great dishes and our food was really delicious. The barn actually is very cosy and on a summers day has a beautiful little garden, which you can enjoy cocktails and beers in. The barn is actually much more beautiful in real life, better than photos.

We stumbled across this absolute gem whilst trying to avoid standstill traffic on the A12 and what a find. The food was tasty and presented nicely. The staff where extremely attentive and understanding of our 3 year old. They even packaged up the remaining pasta for us to take with us! Next time we are going to make this as a lunch stop on our way to Suffolk.

Beautiful building. Have been a couple of times over the years. Had a private due ( funeral ) last Friday July 2023. The funeral was handled extremely well, staff very polite and helpful. Made a sad day more of a celebration of life with total respect, Thank you I haven’t marked food high as only had canapés which were beautifully presented. I will be at the Barn for lunch today and positive of great staff, with beautiful surroundings And of cause delicious food.

Been many times and always have a lovely time with good food. Nice to find a restaurant open on New Year's day too. Looked very festive and was nice and warm with a good atmosphere. Ample parking as well.

Very nice place, quite posh. Good pianist as it playing background music. Was a bit chilly, I guess a big old barn conversion with large windows is hard to heat.

Came here for a family meal (there were 10 of us) - The food as fantastic and the staff very pleasant and attentive, they really made us feel very welcome and looked after. The whole place was immaculately clean, and well kept. The only minor quibble was how hot the Barn was inside (hence my four star rating for the atmosphere), admittedly they did have ceiling fans running but, it was still sweltering. That aside, we would most definitely visit again - but next time not in the Summer.
