How can they get ordered so wrong so often. Ordered 3 meals. Got all 3 wrong. Missing cheese in one. The wrong chips in all 3 and missing grinch socks. The phone line doesn’t work and McD customer service is non existent. Pure comedy service.

The service is absolutely shocking. The drive thru could be empty but they’ll still ask for you to park in the bay and wait for someone to bring your food. I normally order a happy meal, why must I wait and park up for a happy meal? Today …
Was left waiting over 10 minutes. They marked our order to collect after 3 minutes. We had to wait longer than this. After 10 minutes of waiting we were then told ‘sorry guys for the wait it’s due to the sausage’. Had they not marked the order as ready to collect and left us waiting ages we would have been more understanding.
