Mandarin House Restaurant

First time having a Chinese in Great Yarmouth, and was absolutely lovely. I'm on holiday with family only 4 adults where eating. Ordered a variety of food and was very happy to hear how cheap it was. When I ordered the lady who answered the phone was very polite and friendly and I collected as it was really close to where we was staying. I was greeted with a happy friendly lady and my food was made and waiting straight away. The food itself was extremely well portioned in fact more than what I normally receive and at a better price than I normally pay. Even though I could not finish it all I can not fault it all the different foods where done hot and with lovely flavours. I wouldn't normally leave a review but I would highly recommend anybody reading this to give it ago and let me know anymore experiences. I shall return if we are back in the area no question. Came here with the family, two adult and three kids. Did no know what to expect when we arrived, you'll know when you go there. I can say that I have the best meal I have had in many many year, service was good and the food was amazing. Fair price for the meal and I would travel all the way here for that meal again !!! Thank great little place 😊

Great customer service and delicious food! Had a few friends over and ordered a lot of Chinese food that came to over £40. It arrived before they said. When it arrived food was hot and tasty although they had forgotten 2 of the dishes. We rang and rang for hours to let them know but couldn't get through. My friend messaged through Facebook and we left it at that. The next day the owners got in touch and apologised as they said the phones were down. They then offered to deliver the missing food to us and were happy to wait until we were ready to have it. They were very friendly and helpful in resolving our issue.

Excellent well cooked food. Meat of the highest quality cooked too perfection, Char Sui pork was the best I've ever had, melted in my mouth. Chop Chicken Chow Mein in a very rich and flavoursome sauce. The service was outstanding, drinks order taken and fulfilled within minutes, them a very reasonable time before taking food order. Minimal time between placing food order and service. Was recommended by a friend as being good. Me, I say outstanding and will definitely eat there again.
