We will go again, definitely. Basic but quite nice dining area. Heaters were on. Local free parking after 6pm and for hour and a half before 6pm. Outside is half an hour before 6, ideal for picking up a takeaway. We had the buffet, you request what you want and they bring it out. Food was really good. Service was good too.

We decided to chose china diner for our traditional holiday Chinese meal after reading the reviews. The food was tasty but really nothing above what your usual Chinese take-a-way would provide. The setting was the strangest thing. It didn’t feel like you were in a Chinese restaurant, more like a posh Sunday dinner environment. Don’t get me wrong the place was clean, well presented and the staff were friendly but when your used to all the Chinese decorations such as patterns and pictures of Mount Fuji everywhere and there’s none of that it just felt strange. Would be harsh to leave a lower star rating as nobody forced us to go there and we all enjoyed our food.

My wife and I looked through many reviews of the local chinese restaurants in the great Yarmouth area and the "china Diner" had lots of wonderful reviews, so we decided to eat there. We are so very pleased we did as the staff were extremely polite and friendly, the restaurant was very clean and a lovely place to spend some time in. The food arrived quickly and was excellent! Plenty of flavour and cooked perfectly. We 100% reccomend you eat here if you get the chance. We will definitely be returning whenever we can to enjoy the experience again and again.
