Cracking pub, needs more variety on real ale, 1 on but a nice pint. Great entertainment, Kev is worth catching on a Wednesday evening, great singer and guitarist, thank you.

I visited on Christmas Eve, bought my first drink and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Decent asmosphere
On my second drink, a band came in, and were playing music. Not sure if this is a regular thing, or just for Xmas, but decided to stay for a third drink

Lovely little pub had some food here, staff and the locals are really friendly. Food was excellent good quality bar meals at very reasonable prices. The Lion only serves food till 18.00 so keep that in mind if you visit for food. Nice to go to a proper pub and not get ripped off with silly high prices.

Only popped in on the way to the sea front. Landlady and landlord very friendly. Free pool. Nice beer. Proper old pub feel.

Very friendly staff with great service. Lovely feel in pub with a very nice community atmosphere. Music every night over Easter weekend which was very entertaining and enjoyable. Prices of drinks were cheapest we found in Yarmouth. As it was off the beaten track we were probably the only tourists in there but made very welcome. Good lager boozer. Really friendly staff, well priced drinks. Nice to see Madri lager on which is different. Nice music, and able to sit at the bar. Normality :) Nice.
