M&s Cafe

I always love shopping in Mark's and Spencer Food Halls but this store has a strange atmosphere and customers always seem to crowd me at the till, even though social distancing is still a requirement. I do a large trolley shop and people always seem so impatient. I know this is not the stores fault but it always seems to happen in this particular store!

Dear sir, I would like to give the most outstanding thank's to one of your colleges { Carolyn } I ordered a Butterfly Birthday cake for my Wife's Birthday, but when I went to pick the cake up, it was DAMANGED !! and out of the goodness of her heart she said that she would take the cake home that night and repair it, and bring it back to my house the following day !!!! Which she did, and she had done her magic, the cake was fixed !!!! I am, and was so so grateful to her as she went out of her way to make good of a bad situation, as I said before it is for my Wife as it's her 71st Birthday and she is suffering from Vasicular Dementia, Carolyn was so helpful and understanding and she is a credit to M&S and I do think she deserves something as a thank-you from M&S ?? for being so professional and her customer satisfaction is second to none !!!! Good shop and products. Shop there once a week as it has great parking and all on one level. The place has several rules of conduct. It depends on the floor manager. She put the people on the floor.(some could do with some instructions on how to not cross contaminat). They should clean hands between customer. It a bit annoying and I do ask them to do so. The food is great and not over priced. The chicken is great if you by from other stores you will know how much water comes out. Not on these birds they tase great. Nearly forgotten how chicken was supposed to be. Big family boxes of southern fried chicken and it's as good as the KFCs. Lots cheeper and oven ready. Lots of oven ready meals are on offer and they taste great. Not like other supermarkets. Tell staff to try a bit harder and it would be a 10 / 10. Great food. Moderately priced.
