Standard food hall however the self service checkouts are annoying and the staff coming to "help" not much better!
I always love shopping in Mark's and Spencer Food Halls but this store has a strange atmosphere and customers always seem to crowd me at the till, even though social distancing is still a requirement. I do a large trolley shop and people always seem so impatient. I know this is not the stores fault
The Cafe here is a good stop for a light lunch, the staff are always friendly and helpful, especially when bringing in my elderly, disabled grandmother.
The food is gorgeous, piping hot, and filling, although you do pay a slight premium - which is sometimes excessive.

Friendly unobtrusive staff. Can't always get the dish you went in for but can always find an alternative. It has the widest aisles I've found in an M&S foodhall with an odd non- intuitive layout - everything is there but it takes a while to find it!

Came to collect some previously ordered items. There was a computer glitch, Amanda, the lady in that department, apologised for the inconvenience, and immediately start to work to remedy the situation, which she promptly did.

Greeted on arrival with a sanitised trolley. As expected quality inside, with plenty of staff to assist. Self service sanitised before use and trolley received and sanitised for next customer on way out

Wonderful food and great service from the helpful staff. Nust wish they had a bit of a longer best before date on the food.
Really good quality food at prices which don't seem much higher than the big supermarkets.
And really surprised this evening when I called in for some bread and breakfast cereal, they are open till 9pm all this week in the run up to Christmas.
