Peaceful Sunday morning. Enjoying a mocha no rushing, no where to be and no screaming kids in sight. Team could be a bit happier behind the counter but who am I to judge, it’s a Sunday. At least my mocha wasn’t burnt like my one yesterday and a different location.

Incredibly kind staff on Sunday evening, I had been struggling with my hands and dropped my drink as I left the shop. I started to clean it up with the napkins I was given and a packet of tissues I had with me and a member of the team came out with a mop to help and asked his colleagues to make the drink for me again. Amazing customer service.

Have been in to the Costa on the station concourse and the one upstairs several times recently and the staff in both have been consistently lovely and helpful, giving really great friendly service and e.g. offering to carry things over to my table when I have the baby buggy with me. Have tried several of the hot snacks, including vegan ones, and they have all been delicious.
