I decided to treat myself after a cinema visit. I ordered a 3 piece chicken fillet meal with fries & a drink. It was quite busy but I didn't have to wait too long, my food was made to order, it was very hot & tasty, the chicken was well cooked & I got 3 big pieces, no complaints from me, I will call again.
I have visited this Kentucky location on a couple of occasions, this review being based on my second visit. One of the main reasons I re-visited this Kentucky location was due to the lack of Deliveroo/Uber eats personnel. One of the reasons I avoid entering these types of premises these days. Although still low numbers on this visit, with said delivering personnel congregating in the car park, indoor eating was satisfactory and I was able to consume my food in peace. The selection of chicken in my meal was of good quality, as opposed to other chains, although the chips were rather oily, which seems to be a reoccurring theme amongst all Kentucky chains.
As far as KFC's go (usually pretty dull places with disinterested staff)... This one was actually a pleasant venue, staff were friendly and observant, the place looked clean and tidy 👍
As with most takeaways, atmosphere is pants but customer service was great, attentive and the food spot on. Great pit stop. Thanks guys.
As KFC goes this one did good, had everything we ordered, and the place was clean and tidy, it was a Thurs afternoon so was quiet.
It wasn't particularly busy when I went here but service was pretty slow, the poster to encourage people to use the bins that KFC were displaying in the window cheered me up though.
This kfc is loads better than some closer to home. All our food arrived red hot and all order was correct. Only thing wrong was that there was no tomato ketchup but I'd bought a bottle in shop so just opened that for the kids to use.
The store was quite busy but everywhere was clean n no rubbish hanging around .
Well what happens when you get 2 hot wings missed off your order? You politely tell them, and then they give you 4 instead. A small mistake made and they went above and beyond by 2 whole wings to make it up. I honestly think that it wasn't needed however it was a nice little touch to apologize without apologizing. Now they need to say sorry to my waistline coz if they keep making mistakes like that I'm going to be huge.
Nice polite staff, one guy was dumbfounded because I said thank you and gave him the thumbs up like no one had ever been nice to them before. So if you visit please be nice and tell them Matt sent you.
