Costa Coffee

The staff went above and beyond when I needed to do a nappy change and the toilet was out of service. Without me even asking, the man at the counter stopped what he was doing and escorted me to a quiet and suitable staff-only room in the basement where I could do the nappy change. Small gestures like this make a person's day so much easier, thank you! I also noticed the staff were on first-name terms with a lot of the customers so it must be a great place for locals. I would expect this in my village in Devon but not in London, so nice to see.

Wow!! I popped in with a friend to Costa Cutty Sark yesterday (27/2/23). The service was excellent. Rosie, the Barista was very welcoming and attentive. She has a warm smile and great personality. I enjoyed my Latte and tasty Victoria sponge immensely. Will always pop in for a coffee when passing. Rosie is a real asset to the company. Thankyou. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Today I arrived at Costa at 8am. I was feeling very sad because of grieving for my sister who died last month. The two chaps on the early shift at 8am were so kind. They did not know about my sister but their kindness touched and comforted me. On a day when I really needed it. My latte and croissant was lovely. Thankyou.

Nicest kindest people work here, the Italian red hair lady, most beautiful soul, the gentleman with full positivity in the mornings. Angels, absolute angels, the world don’t deserve them. But it needs them. I did my full interview preparation here last year and I passed and I’m now in a much better position. I’ll never forget them. Love you team! ❤️
