Both the service and food were amazing. Adel was our waiter and he had great customer service - attentive and friendly. We did not have to wait very long for our food either or to be sat down. I ordered the king prawns for the starter and they had a delicious flavour. As for the mains, I asked for the lasagne and it did not disappoint! Very hot and you get asked if you want extra cheese on top which is great. This was paired with the garlic bread (which is a MUST) and they married together perfectly. Lastly, the desert to end the evening off on a sweet note. I had the brownie which had a perfect amount of sweetness and softness. The brownie blended nicely with the ice cream. I will 100% be returning back to Bella Italia Bluewater. I have been here twice and it does NOT disappoint. If you're looking for a nice, comforting, warm meal this restaurant is for you.

Took my son to Bella Italia for a celebratory dinner, the waitress we had was very friendly & always had a smile on her face & was always polite as well. Her name was Sabina. She took our orders & also highly recommended a drink to us & we both totally enjoyed the drinks. I had the lasagne, my son had the picante pizza, we both shared sweet potato fries, Calamari & Coleslaw. All the food was totally delicious & well worth the money, I’ll definitely be eating there again & I’ll be taking my son there as well.

Had a nice meal in here, the waitress was lovely, very friendly and really attentive to our table. Makes a world of difference. My receipt says her name is Ivana. Sad to hear if I left a tip via my card, that she would only see 40% of it. That's not right. Most people don't carry cash anymore either, so was sad that I couldn't leave a tip. The food was good and I took some home in a take away box and bag that the waitress gave me. Drinks slightly pricey but these days everything is pricey. Lovely meal, would come here again!

Our family of 5 could not have received more passionate and patience when being served by Ivona. Despite limited servers at that time, she was brilliant. I asked the lady behind the bar to see the manager as wanted to acknowledge her efforts only to find out she was supervising this shift. This lady lead by example and judging by the staff members reaction when i asked for the manager and explained why she is obviously well liked and a credit to your team- please make sure she receives my feedback, i will be returning based on this experience.

Something like a tradition every time we go to Bluewater for some shopping we go to Bella Italia for our meal, we used to love it. Well if we have to judge by our last visit we have to change that. First table we were given, chairs we extremely dirty and asked to change to sofa. We had half margarita and salad, the mozzarella dough balls( came not fully baked), the burger, the chicken wrapped in becon and plain spaghetti ( fussy eater, plus a couple of portions of regular dough balls. Food was late, had to check a couple of times if order was actually placed. All of the dough balls came cold. All of us choose to have the cookie dough and ice cream- it was great, thanks. Service was slow as whole, but place was not packed as usual. Decor is a bit dated now, needs renovation in my opinion, expecially clean chairs and some varnish coat on wooden tables.

After a big shop with one of the granddaughters I fancied something Italian for dinner and this place looked very good. The staff were very accommodating to my granddaughters needs and made this a very special meal for her. My wife who can be very selective about eating out was also made a fuss of and found something she could try, me ok ok with almost anything. The meal was very good to me and my granddaughter was very happy, specially when she was taken to choose her ice cream and additional toppings. A great meal to end a shopping day.

The was my first time here and I most say I was not disappointed. The only thing stopping them from getting a 5* was the waiting time as I think they was under staffed but was the order was taken the food came out very quickly staff was friendly and nice. Kids get a 3 course meal for under £10 and the portion size way good for the price. The mushrooms start was good.

Visited good Friday, Initial welcome by host himself was fine. Menus were set on the table, we had no one come over to us for about 5mins so we asked for the kids menu (had to get up for this) and it was barely 50% capacity, again waited few mins and approached the same waitress who said get it yourself from over there 🤦🏽‍♂️ (this was the only interaction we had with her) Another Waitress came to take order at table, polite and friendly... Food was fantastic as always as expected when we visit Bella. After our meal, time for dessert, kids were sorted promptly, we waited 6/7mins and had to ask for the waiter by walking up to him as the staff were very inattentive, this gentlemen who was not our server was always polite but he of course had his own tables to serve & we had to approach him a couple of times for different things during our meal. This branch needs to train Thier waitresses and hostesses further and to be aware of the needs of Thier tables/ customers.

Quick service, nice clean premises. Meal deal £17.50 starter or dessert with a main quite reasonably priced. Starter was great delicious in fact same as the main. Shame about the drinks selection run out of a few lines but didn't take anything away from a good experience. Never had a disappointing trip to any Bella Italia I've been to so would deffo go back. Keep up the good work✌️❤️(Starters not pictured)

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!!!!! Today I took my family for a meal and it was best day out ever. We where so lucky to be looked after by this lovely Polish lady (Joana I think her name was) What a service we received, she was so nice, helpful, kind, polite, smart. Pleasure to meet people like this when you go out with family or friends. We were advised on food, offered help, she brought us extra seat. It was such a good time that we decided to stay extra time for coffee and dessert. I wish every restaurant had such great staff. I will never forget this outstanding experience and will definitely come back for more and will recommend your restaurant to everybody I know. Thank you so much!!!! Best day I could have because of this lively person !!! 🤩🤩🤩❤️❤️❤️👌👌👌👌

It was busy for a Wednesday evening, and there seem to only be 2 men serving tables. Ben, our waiter was amazing and efficient. He managed to wait on all his tables in good time and was attentive to people needs. He delivered food promptly and was polite and friendly at the same time even though he was rushed off his feet. Well done Ben if only all waiting staff were like you. Only negative would be the deserts we had were not enjoyable, the cookie bits were awful, and the Tiramisu was more like a cake with some icing on top. But our mains were enjoyable.

This restaurant is located on the ground floor of Bluewater mall. They have an elaborate menu. Being a vegetarian, I did find quite some options to choose from. The restaurant was open until 10.30 pm or so which I found surprising and atypical to UK. The dough balls and pizza was pretty filling!

Always a must when we visit Bluewater but yesterday, the service was simply outstanding and personal. Joanna was a beautiful waitress and made it an even better than usual wonderful meal. Amazing ! 💖

If I could give this place 0 I would. Second time I’ve eaten in Bella Italia and second time it was disgusting!! My burger came out in a rock hard bun, the burger was hard just disgusting so thought I’d just eat my chips.... they were cold and when I asked for vinegar I was told all the vinegars are in use and they don’t have any more asked for ketchup which never came... my other half’s chicken was like a bit of plastic. I asked them to take my meal away as it was vile. One waitress we had was nice the other who served our food was an idiot. Needless to say will never eat in any of the restaurants again.

Waited at bar for nearly 10 mins. Got ignored... Sat for meal. Got ignored.... Ordered food . That came fairly quickly but was very average and appeared ax if it had been on plate for ages. 2 spag bols for my girls .. average. I had what was called lasagne.. I have travelled to Italy more than 30 times and never seen anything like what was served up to me. 3 slices of pasta on a flat dish with a meagre amount of meat and sauce.. dry as an old nun.. Suffice to say at £50 with a couple of drinks I will not be going back. RUBBISH...

The restaurant was half empty when we arrived, yet we were given a buzzer and told we had to wait 10 minutes for a table. We waited at the bar, where the bartender chose to serve everyone else before us, and had to read recipes before making cocktails. My first two choices of drink were unavailable; the third arrived in a filthy glass. The cutlery on the table was filthy and I injured my finger on a broken chair. The manager couldn't have cared less and showed no interest. I had to ask him twice to complete an accident report form and to remove the chair so that another customer didn't suffer the same misfortune. My finger is still sore, swollen and bruised today. We ordered two bowls of pasta and waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive. They only arrived in the end because my husband asked where they were. As if by magic, they appeared straight away. It was obvious that our meals had been kept warm on the servery for some time, as they were both dry and congealed. Having spent so long in the We have been regular customers of Bella Italia in Bluewater in the past. We have always praised the food and service we have received. Never again will we visit that particular branch and nor would I recommend it. Never before have I received such appalling service from a restaurant and have written to the CEO to explain, in depth, the problems we encountered on our visit.

Waited over an hour for the food to finally get to the table which was astonishing considering it was an order for two lasagnes. When it eventually did arrive, I was horrified to find it was 0.5cm deep. Barely got the tip of a knife into it before hitting the bottom of the dish, and then to find the pasta sheet was so badly charred onto the dish that it wasn't fit for consumption anyway. By this point me and my partner were absolutely starving, and so disheartened. We had travelled for over an hour, and it was late in the evening (9pm) I didn't expect to find myself in McDonald's in the middle of the night after a visit to your restaurant. I was told there had been multiple problems within the kitchen that evening, but if that was true then you should have turned customers away rather than seating them and having them wait for such extensive lengths of time to receive absolutely nothing but disappointment.

Disappointed visiting today. I x 4 cheese pizza, I x lasagne & 1 side of fries. Fries were so greasy / oily we asked for replacement. When the new portion arrived we could see the waiter was embarrassed to put them down. He said he was sorry but they had definitely just come out of the fryer. He asked if we wanted them? Err no thanks, they were so shiny with grease and limp. He said he would take off the bill. Pizza - was so smothered in tomato that you couldn’t really taste the cheese. Only half was eaten. Lasagne - looked beautiful and the ‘topping’ tasted lovely. I say ‘topping’ as I actually struggled to find any mince between the pasta sheets. Wish I’d taken a photo now, it was certainly 4 sheets of pasta with about a teaspoon of sauce shared within each layer ( just to give it a bit of colour I thought). Our waiter was finishing and advised the guy taking over to remove the chips from the bill. He forgot and we had to ask. Sadly won’t be going here again

Calzone was cold in the middle, meat on pizza was full of gristle. Complained food was cold and was given a dirty look by waitress before taking my food away without saying anything. Tried to make us pay for the food that we didn't eat! Would never recommend this to anyone

Yesterday, we waited over an hour for our food, which resulted in a screaming baby - not fun for us or those sat around us. Drink orders were wrong. I had a pasta and chicken dish - the chicken tasted like it came out of a pre cooked smart price pack and was definitely not freshly cooked. My daughters burger bap had the consistency of a biscuit and overall the quality of the food for the price paid was poor. We won't be going back again.

Visited yesterday with a couple of friends. Our server was friendly and made us feel welcome. The garlic bread with cheese was extremely nice...a big portion that we all shared! I had the traditional lasagne, it was fairly thin but in a large hot dish, it was very tasty and plentiful. I think I speak for all three of us when I say that we left happy and well fed. I know I’ll be back at some stage!

2nd visit not as good as first. Food not as good quaulity or not prepared as well. Drinks came and were long gone when food arrived. Busy but not desperately plenty of staff running around but a little like headless chickens

Poor service. Our bottle of wine was put on the table & the waiter walked off without even opening the bottle and checking we were happy with it. We waited too long for someone to take our food order & actually had to find member of staff to come over. Chaos in the restaurant. Food,however, was very good eventually.

Very poor ~ had to send my Lamb Shank back as was freezing cold. Second attempt was better. Waited for some time for waitress service and to top it all ~ got over charged £21.99 on my bill. They charged me for a bottle of wine instead of a glass!!! Not going back ~ there are far better places to eat in Bluewater! Not recommended.

Just been to this branch (11 of us, 6 being children) and must say I don't think we'll bother again if there's more than 2 of us ordering. Arrived at 11:50am, ordered our food (just mains)by 12:15 and was still waiting for it to be brought to the table at 13:30. Each time we asked how much longer, we were told it won't be long. Many people came and went in the time that we were waiting. After complaining we were given a measly £40 discount, (initial offer was a free drink each.). Yeah, thanks for that Bella!!!

First waiter was excellent, he went on his break then all went down hill. All 3 meals didn't come out together so was pretty much eating on my own. Minuscule mains, and my pet hate is having a finished plate taken away whilst one of your party is still eating. Food was ok but just so little for the money. I had a Caesar salad, literally 5 or 6 lettuce leaves, small amount of chicken and some bread stick things. Very disappointed

Went here for my sons birthday this Sunday and I must say I won’t b visiting again Ordered the children’s ciao chicken and my son a fussy eater and will only eat chicken After placing order and getting drinks advised no chicken or burgers on the child menus Chef not happy to put a different type of chicken on for them so cancelled whole order and left

The choice on the children's menu is extremely limited, with little in the way of Italian classics. The "choose any item from the main pizza and pasta menu" is particularly misleading. Service haphazard and slow despite the restaurant not being busy. The food was average at best. Won't be going back in a hurry.
