Our son in law had his 40th party here. The buffet was very nice and varied to suit all tastes. The area was at the rear of the pub with access to the outside area. The staff were really nice and very accommodating. The guests were not hassled and rubbish and glasses were cleared away discreetly

I booked an afternoon tea here recently for my Mum’s birthday. We received a warm welcome and the staff were attentive and went out of their way at all times. The afternoon tea itself was beautifully presented with sandwiches and cakes that were delicious and fresh. I would definitely recommend this afternoon tea experience for special occasions or as a treat - it really was fantastic.

Popped in for a roast dinner with my partner today. And we could not have been happier with the service! Particularly Julia who did everything she could to get us seated without a priar reservation.

A very nice little pub, good atmosphere and they serve some goyo beer 🍺

A good selection of beer, wines and spirits are available.
There is a good sized outside seating area with views over the river.
Parking at the rear is limited, but off road parking is available.
They also have a large TV where they show the sport.

Went for an afternoon lunch, which was very good, the baguettes with chips and salad are good value and taste lovely. Service was friendly, and excellent location with views on to the Thames at Greenhithe.
