Located inside house of frasers, not bad but lil expensive. Good customer service. Place not really tidy and clean.

The staff really make this Nero a lovely, friendly place to visit which is why we always return when we’re in Bluewater.
The staff really do deserve a lot of praise, even when dealing with rude and almost aggressive customers ( which we saw today) they are still so lovely and can’t do enough for them.

A change in their coffee beans has meant their coffee is far better, not as bitter as it used to be.

Regular size Nero coffee store inside house of Fraser. The place is tidy and clean the people are polite. The coffee is good quality. Price per cup £3.20 depends of the type of coffee.
If you want to enjoy with your family , work on your laptop or have a conversation with your friends highly recommend it, the place is quiet and nice.

Visited on 13/01/2019 not long after the place opened and was greeted by friendly staff and more than happy with my order. The shop was clean and tidy and had plenty of places to sit. Will visit again.
