First time in The Exchange last night, was out with group of friends for a birthday. What a beautiful place, friendly, fast service, brilliant atmosphere . Food was delicious and reasonably priced. I don’t drink alcohol and would return for the mocktails alone great variety 🎉 highly recommend.

If you are on a cruise ship and sticking around the area stop here for lunch. The fish and chips were great (especially the tar tar sauce!) And also had the Sunday Roast which was excellent. Prices were very reasonable and service was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Hadn’t been to The Exchange before (had been the previous iteration many times in my 20s) and was really surprised at the quality of the layout, so different from the rather nondescript exterior. The staff were superb, very friendly and attentive. Great food that arrived quickly even though the restaurant was quite busy) and really really good espresso.

What a really fabulous venue. Had a lovely family meal which everyone enjoyed. Very attentive staff. Only one comment I would make is that one of our company has to follow a GF diet & when it comes to desserts there is only one suitable for her and its been the same one for years.

We both had open steak sandwich & onion rings. The steak sandwich was good. But the gravy for us. Tasted like a steak pie gravy. And my wife thought it had too much pepper. Would return but would order something else.
