Honestly, one of the best muffins I've ever had! (Jubilee muffin)
Staff are lovely. The nicest Costa staff that I personally have dealt with. Had all the same pitfalls of other chain coffee shops, in that the prices are higher than they really should be, but the friendly staff nearly manage to make up for it.
It was a bit dark and claustrophobic, too many tables and chairs and not enough room to move between them.
