Asked for black tea scone jam cream got black coffee hard scone no cream had to say ordered tea she changed it and run out of cream floors tables were dirty. Had to use disable loo and another customer came with a radar key opening the door shocking
Order was cancelled.l made an order at 14:35 and was waiting and later received a notification order cancelled at 15:23
Poor service,filthy cutlery and crockery. Waited 20min for a roll with sausage. Cheeky female server.
All in all dreadfull
Not sure I'm entirely impressed! I ordered waffles with fruit, and it was obvious the fruit was from frozen. Really? You charge an arm and a leg for fruit and waffles and you can't even make sure that they are room temp before serving? For the price, I expected better. Will not be ordering again.
BLT had no T. Maccaroni cheese overcooked and hard. I asked for toasties with no cheese, proved too difficult. Staff pleasant enough. Service slow.
Nice new Tesco cafe, not enough staff, typically the cheapest of certain foods also, especially in the breakfast. Poor staff of 2 in an area to support 80 people..!!!! Not good.
