Was recommended to try this place and so at a loose end today decided to try it .
What a lovely place , very friendly atmosphere , lovely staff and the food is fabulous .
Just had the Beef Sunday Roast , absolutely lovely , piping hot and plenty of it , was so good decided to plump for desserts which we don't normally do , had a Baileys Ice Cream Cocktail and for a none dessert eater I have been converted , just to die for .

2nd time there this year, we ate Sunday dinner with 4 adults and my 2 girls. We had a great relaxing time and staff were all great. One of our local gems, highly recommend �
Spotted the post on Facebook for fish and chip night so decided we should check it out! Warm greetings from the friendly staff, good selection of good and drink in nice surroundings. The fish and chips alone were well worth the pilgrimage! Warm brownie Sunday for pudding. Very reasonable prices, well worth a visit! 🥰
Excellent pub for a lovely Sunday roast.
The majority of the menu is gluten free or has gluten free options, GF roast includes Yorkshire and stuffing which is a nice change for my partner who is gluten free.
Staff very understanding and checked everything with the kitchen. Great place to visit and we will be back.

Lovely thatched village pub. Nice sunny decking area outside. Warm fire in Winter. Sunday lunches very popular, as are bar meals. Regular entertainment nights, bands, quizzes etc. Fab friendly staff.
A great village pub with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. The food was great and very good value for money too! We really enjoyed our evening and would definitely return if we are in the area again...thank you!

Amazing food. Had the venison hot pot myself and loved it. Others had the fish and chips and they were also of note. Decent beer/cider/stout selection on tap. Well stocked bar with a variety of unusual spirits. Highly recommend.
Great village pub. Welcoming and local feeling. Great patio and dog friendly. Good choice of beer, tasty food and variety of "events". Great atmosphere and approachable and engaging locals. Dont miss this one!
What a great find. The food was amazing and everyone was so friendly. Only issue is a small car park but we will be back
