Well done Tina . Tony . Vanessa. If it wasn't for you the place would not have been the success it is. Hold your heads high. You are what made tea in the park a pleasure to visit . I am sure Many customers agree and will miss you.

A cheerful hello and a smile from the chief and staff. A real good atmosphere All cakes, Cheesecake and scone freshly bake on the premises. A good choice on the menu. If you can't find what you are looking for ask. If you have ordered a cake and cannot manage it ask for a box to take it home. Nothing is to much for them. Toilets on site Extra large doors for wheelchairs . Eat in or outside depending on the weather. Or takeaway.

Pleasant place to sit, outside or inside depending on the weather. A choice menu, to suit all tastes. Home baked cakes to die for, delicious fillings, scones plain and fruited with jam and cream. Variety of drinks, speciality teas, coffee, cold drinks, slush all available to suit all tastes. Afternoon teas are very popular. Definitely recommend a visit.

Love the afternoon tea and cakes are amazing. Had afternoon tea for 3 for mother's Day 2021, mum was overwhelmed with how good it was and loved the carrot cake (which she took home for tea time) as she was full with sandwiches and scones. Would highly recommend we've become a regular customer with a once a month treat.

What a lovely place attached to the community hub. Wheelchair access. Limited car par but parking spaces in the street. Great for meeting friends. Children friendly great kids menu. We had the large breakfast great value. The sausages are a good quality and great black pudding. Great interaction with the waiter and waitress. What was a pleasure was that the chef came out to say hello and cleared our plates. The cakes are to die for. Private parties catered for accommodating various sizes. Lockdown Afternoon tea was amazing. We had dinner tea and cake the next day. You definitely won't go hungry. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Great value. 26th April 2021. We were able to sit at tables outside. Tony carried out a larger table for us to have our meal on. We were naughty and had a fried breakfast, I had a small and my husband has a large both with toast. The large also came with a hot drink. Every thing was cooked well and tasted fantastic. 5th February 2022. Birthday Celebration due to covid restrictions and fears the numbers coming reduced, so we changed from a buffet to items of the menu and to only use the one room. The day arrived and Tony and his team had set up the area for us. As our afternoon proceeded more and more family and friends arrived taking numbers to excess of 50 people. Everyone had food from afternoon teas, large breakfasts to panini's and fries and the cakes kept coming. Tony and his team of two ladies ensured that not only were our needs met, but also their other customers. Thank you for helping make my day special.

A great little gem nestled in a park. The greatest feature is the beautiful garden with fish pond. There are an array of flowers and also some carved statues. Tea in the Park is a lovely venue for afternoon tea or perhaps just a spot of coffee and cake. I really enjoyed my visit.

Been a few times.. food is always fresh and very good value for money... drinks are a bit pricey.. £1.50 for a can or bottle of water. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.
