The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is obviously the price. 3 people was £65. This is the price of a sit down meal in a restaurant. If they actually made it more like a restaurant with table service, I could justify the prices more but as it is, at good as the food was (and it is very good food), I will only be visiting on the odd occasion. The staff were very friendly and offered good advice on menu choices and portion sizes. The place was clean with plenty of seating. Perhaps a screen showing which orders are ready for collection (like Argos) would be better than staff constantly shouting at the top of their voices. It did ruin the atmosphere a little

Have been today in the store, tried the new “pistachio”milkshake. A bit expensive but is worth. Staff very polite and helpful as always and amazing quality and service. I recommend it 👌🏻

Mahmoud is the best member of staff I have come across in a long time. I always return to this Five Guys specifically because of the excellent customer service. The food is great, but the top service they provide makes it an even better experience. Thank you Mahmoud and keep up the great work.

Probably the best burger in Guildford but quite expensive given that it's fast food. I feel that the fries should be a little less salty. You now need a code to access the toilets and they seem to have hired a smartly dressed security guard (both of these things are recent developments).

Regardless of the burger that you get, you have to get the Cajun fries. That's by far their best side dish.
Your typical Five Guys, with 2 burger sizes and all toppings free. The "all the way" is the easiest choice but you can always build your own. Fries come in 3 sizes and the small size really is enough for at least 2 people.
The free refills are decent, since there's about 30 flavours you can choose from, both sugary and sugar free.

The cajun fries are by far the best from any burger restaurant. The burgers are so good too. I would highly recommend anyone that hasn't been, you must try this at least once in your life.

Great place to chill. Lots of varieties, generous food portions, reasonable price. I loved their option to mix n match your milkshake. I had chocolate, oreo biscuit crumbs, peanut butter topped with a generous dollop of whipped cream. It was absolutely lip smacking and moreover it lasted until I climbed the mount in Guildford 😅. Good customer service and less waiting time.

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich a double bacon cheeseburger and large Cajun fries with a Diet Coke. The portions were a good size and the burger and fries we’re amazing. The prices are a bit steep tho it was £20.50 total. Will return

Full of taste savory meat with fresh veggies, sweetly molten cheese and fries made in peanut oil. It's not as cheap as other offers near but it deserves it by far. And refillable drinks help a lot, with amazing unique flavors!

Really enjoyed it. Super-fresh handmade burgers (they don't even have freezers, so nothing frozen is used), a dozen free toppings to choose from and staff were really friendly. Burgers are great, portions are large and it's not expensive for a gourmet burger.
Toilets were a bit on the smelly side and floors were a little slippery in the restaurant (greasy?), but we arrived just after the peak of lunchtime so they might not have had time to clean yet.
