Second time here and the food, service and atmosphere was great. First came here for an impromptu date night in the summer and went back for a Saturday lunch with our 2 year old. Super accommodating and friendly. Swift service and delicious food. Will continue to return and would definitely recommend whether it’s for a family lunch, a dinner for two or a drink with a group of friends.

We sat by a lovely warm fire which was kept topped up for us. The food and drink were delicious and the service was excellent. We sat in the pub and dogs are welcome also! Will definitely be back with our pooches next time.

Not been to the Horse&Groom for many years and found my visit today excellent. Booked in advance only 30mins before arrival.
Menu is 'NEW' I was told,it had a varied selection of meals something for all tastes. Before ordering we were asked if there were any food allergies which was very reassuring as sometimes this can be overlooked when out with a party of people and chatting going on. This was asked as we were being seated as well.
Very friendly staff and food piping hot,nice to find another place to get a decent meal outside of Guildford Town.

Absolutely fabulous Sunday lunch with my mum.

A fantastic pub with great dining areas both inside and out! The food was delicious, a big step up from the usual pub lunch. Highly recommend going if you want a drink with a nice atmosphere, or if you are after a good meal!

Visited family and came across this lovely restaurant/pub for dinner. Absolutely delicious, quality food, great portion sizes, good choice for children, excellent service and particular good hospitality from the Irish deputy manager (Aaron I think is his name?) 10/10! Would recommend!!

Had a Mamamai lunch here, good atmosphere, roast beef, pork & chicken are very juicy (pork crackling is perfect) food came so quickly & friendly service. The toilets are clean. We've been exploring the Sunday Roast around the Guildford area, this one is 5 stars compared with others:-) Very happy meal & worth visiting again !!
