Can't fault the HoHo, lovely food, plenty of it and fast service

I thought I would give their fish and chips a try and they were pretty good. A decent size piece of cod, well cooked in a nice light batter. The chips were a bit thinner than usual chip shop chips but were nice and crisp and neither were greasy. Both were cooked fresh to order. The food was packed in a cardboard box so stayed warm and didn’t go soggy.
It would be nice if they added mushy peas to the menu, and an option of small or large chips. The cod and chips cost £9.70.

Best Chinese takeaway in Guildford in my opinion

I would say this is an authentic Chinese takeaway experience. The portions tend to be large, packed with flavour (usually) and the lady taking our order was nice.
It comes with inconsistencies since sometimes something is a bit too salty or bland. But the flavours are bolder and deeper than you will find for takeaways that cater for the general population.
It is worth the risk to try it. I have had over 4000 Chinese takeaways and you can tell the potential is there.

This evening we had a Take Away of chicken black bean sauce and chilli's plus egg fried rice, prawn crackers and sweet/sour sauce. It was gorgeous and most importantly you could tell how FRESH it was. The rice was so fluffy. Very impressed and love my Chinese take aways. Will have one very soon.
