Standard pub fare - not the sort of food you'd travel to eat, but equally you won't have your soul crushed if you need to stop off here for a bite. Decent beer garden out the back.

Consistently great pub. Everyone who works here is warm and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Very dog friendly, with dogs positively welcomed and spoiled rotten during their visit! Food is excellent and generous and there are gardens front and back which are well maintained and lovely to sit in on a warm day. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Stopped briefly on a sunday mid afternoon , a lovely country pub, fairly quiet and very welcoming. Staff are absolutely lovely here. Shame as the kitchen was closed but able to order drinks and snacks from the bar.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, great food. What more could you want? The kids play house was fun for my boys and the entire pub was spotlessly clean. Really great visit.
