A fantastic selection of coffee beans (my favourite is El Salvador Diamante, but all the ones I've tried have been good) at decent prices. In the 2 years or so I've been ordering by mail, every consignment has been delivered accurately and quickly, and ordering via the website is very easy. This is a great company from a customer point of view.
Coffee subscription - we recieve a 500g bag of delicious, freshly roasted coffee beans every week. Today's bag has arrived and it was roasted 2 days ago. The coffee is amazing, we get something different every time and never had any issues with delivery. Outstanding.
These guys know their stuff and they love their work. It comes across in the way they deliver their service. Don't just order from them online, their place is worth a little visit just to have a chat about coffee and try something new.
Great coffee, Offers/service hit and miss
Regular buyer of beans - a great selection available and reasonably fast delivery with reasonable pricing. VIP club doesn't seem to work (introduced a friend and didn't receive a code despite following the instructions), and whenever I've tried a code for freebies from an email or the magazine that comes with the coffee, it hasn't worked for me. I still buy a fair amount of beans from here due to the positives and the fact is, I've not yet found anything better overall for value/quality.

I've had two orders from this company so far... here's what I've learnt -
1) The coffee is fantastic, there's clearly been a lot of care taken in putting the selection boxes together.
2) The packaging is very good, on both orders I've had no issues at all with both the packaging and delivery.
3) The overall service / experience has been fantastic, this time round I ordered on a Monday afternoon and it was delivered on Wednesday morning with no fancy delivery bought.
Overall I'm extremely happy and will continue to use / support this excellent little company.
Arrived to buy a grinder without realising that they currently only do click and collect orders. I wandered into the nearby Redber coffee shop and asked in there. They didn't have any in the coffee shop but helped arrange getting one from the main shop. I sat down for a (rather good) flat white while they got the grinder. Grinder was cheaper than anywhere online and they threw in a bag of their own beans for free. Would definitely recommend and, if I didn't live over an hour away, I'd be back often.
Absolutely beautiful coffee. We're regular coffee drinkers and normally go for a Costa or Starbucks for convenience but must say the coffees from here were full of flavour and just delicious. We tried a pumpkin and a hazelnut latte and will definitely be buying some coffee beans to enjoy at home.
