The itsu is a takeaway restaurant for asian food . The staff was really friendly and the food was nice . If you are hungry and need a quick bite.this is better than Mac or bk

decent food for the price, like how everything is not full of onions...very quick service, very clean airy space if eat in. you can only use card and self service screens though...nice qyoza and soup, healthy. drinks expensive for what they are though. nice to have some healthy fast food options and vegan foods that aren't all spicy! thanks itsu :)

I must say I don't really like cashless and screen operated places. But the staff and Guildford branch are really friendly and professional. On one occasion I did get sushi that one piece if salmon smelled too strong, but the (I think) manager was so apologetic and dealt with it well.

Great place for a quicky, healthy meal. Staff are super friendly. The atmosphere is very calm with great music in the background. Plenty of seating. Open until 9pm EVERY DAY. Wish more similar places would adopt this closure time. Keep it up Itsu. 🙂

Credit to Diego at the Guildford (UK) branch. Super friendly, helpful, greeted every customer, helped them to their seats. A top member of your team, you need to get him on some fast track program.

Monika was so friendly and welcoming. She helped me choose from the menu and her suggestion was perfect. Diego made me an excellent meal, even with special requests. I’m very thankful for that. Definitely recommend it and I’ll definitely come back!
