Looking for a different café, found Taste down this side street. Nice menu for a small café, coffee excellent, only had scone this time it was tasty. But will be there again and have lunch next time.
Well 2nd time here at at Taste, I went especially for the tagine soup. It wasn't on the menu 😢, but on commenting on it, I was told they actually had one portion left. It was excellent, tasty and spicy just has I like it. Well done Taste, delighted to have enjoyed lunch. Too home my cake, that too was delicious.
One of the friendliest cafes I've been in for a while. Welcomed my colleagues and I plus our assistance dogs in training. Lovely quality tea and gorgeous cake plus coffee looked good too.....Next time! Will definitely be back 😊
Lovely polite and friendly staff. They create a really warm atmosphere. Perfect cup of tea and an excellent skinny Cappuccino. Good selection of top quality cakes and biscuits. (The tables cleaned between customers.) Definately worth a visit if you're looking for good drinks and light bites. Now serving various flavours of "Pie Jacker" pies and gourmet scotch eggs.
Great little cafe. Delicious bacon butties, tea cakes, toasted sandwiches and fab coffee. Dog friendly. Excellent staff / service. We’ve been many times!
