Really lovely cafe, great cakes and quality coffee. Only tiny niggle is the point of sale request for tips when paying at the tills which feels very American. I don't mind tipping when I'm being served a meal but tipping at a till when ordering a coffee and cake is a bit cheeky and uncomfortable. It would put me off going regularly. Would still recommend though.

Superb cafe. Glad we spotted you on Google Maps when visiting Haddenham. Spot on food and coffee. The items for sale look great too.
Only thing I’d change is having more soft surfaces to dampen the sound as it’s quite loud! Good buzz though :)

Iam a local cyclist and this place always features as a stop - excellent quality in the pastries and a real Nordic feel. Be warned it always seems busy, we were there mid morning on a Sat - got the bench outside in the sunshine. Would go again.
Update 28/07/23 - not as busy as a weekend. Still got the lovely vibe and excellent staff. Great pastry selection - the food I saw coming out the kitchen also looked yummie. New policy to discourage table hoggers - one coffee and using wifi for hours on end - not allowed. Quite right, business gotta make a living.

Perfect place to stop for a breakfast or lunch. Set in a lovely village. The food is always perfectly cooked and presented, and they even have healthy options on the menu and GF/vegan options. So something for everyone! Great for take aways too, to pick up some lovely pastries or sourdough loafs all freshly made that morning. They've a home style range that you can have a browse around and purchase. Lovely atmosphere. Always kept so clean. Small outdoor area which is so cute. Friendly staff and great coffee!
My only wish is that it was bigger, as sometimes you can't get a seat as its so busy and you can't reserve seats. Tip. Particularly busy around school drop of time in the morning. But it's busy for a reason! People know it's so good! I'm a regular too. 5* from me!

Norsk is always full. That’s says it all.
Love dropping in as the atmosphere is calm and warm but mostly all the food I get is for takeaway, providing lunches for my clients at a small specialist film studio around the corner.
We call ahead and then pop and collect. My clients love their lunches and that means a lot to me.
Highly recommended!

My first trip to Norsk and as a cyclist I was very happy I chose it as my pit stop. They were busy but the service was fast and friendly, that's a good selection of cake and the brownie I chose was lovely and the coffee was also very nice. With the sun coming out it was nice to sit in the outside area round the back.

Lovely takeaway flat white and bun this morning. Think I should have gone for the traditional cinnamon bun with hindsight, but still tasty.
Beautiful things in the shop which I hope to have a proper look through on a return trip soon.
