Another fantastic afternoon/ evening at The George and Dragon on our annual visit to Hagworthingham. James and staff welcoming as always. Food excellent as ever. 2 nights in a row, back on Tuesday for steak night.

The staff by far the most friendly I've came across they couldn't do enough for you.. the beer selection was good but the real talking point is the food. My partner had the mixed grill off the special board and I had the steak and ale pie with horseradish mash, the portions sizes were very generous and the food cooked exquisitely. I'll definitely be stopping by next time I'm in the area

Was looking for somewhere to eat quite late on, came across this little diamond, staff super friendly, and the food, well........👌 my son has now placed you above his very favourite kfc! Honestly that's saying something for him, loved it will defo be calling in again x

Steak night, £15 for a cracking piece of steak, chips and a drink. Super value, perfectly cooked and lovely friendly atmosphere and service. Highly recommended.

Me and my partner found this little pub while staying in the area so we decided to have dinner here. The pub is very dog friendly and modern. We had fish & chips and the food was amazing. Would definitely return!

Pulled in looking for a meal on spec. Really friendly welcome from staff,who were happy to allow our dog in the bar area .We both ordered steak + ale pie with horseradish mash. The meal was presented fabulously, with carrots and peas inc. The pie was delicious + crammed full of the most tender + tasty beef chunks. Could taste the horseradish in the creamy mash. The bar attendant served us at the table and brought extra delicious thick silky gravy that was also full of large pieces of tender beef ,what a bonus ! The portions were generous, I couldn't finish it all.
Highly recommend will visit again .
