AMAZING RIBS!!
These ribs were the best I have ever had! So tender that they just fell off the bone and left it totally clean! No fatty bits either, I was so impressed. Side dishes were also just as good - Mac 'n' Cheese was so lovely and cheesy, and the beef nachos were delicious. I cannot wait

Upon entering the miniature venue, ‘surprise’ is the instinctual first impression! ‘How can the raving reviews emerge from such a petit restaurant?’. The small town of Hailsham is fortunate enough to have an amazing eatery just at the foot of the high street!

5 of us went for a birthday celebration, we had great service, staff were very attentive.
Our meals came all at the same time, hot and plentiful.
I had Als burger which was lovely and juicy with skin on chips, others had burgers or ribs with a side dish of macaroni cheese! and loved them.

We went to Ribs & Co for my daughter's birthday. The restaurant was absolutely spotlessly clean, the food was delicious. All freshly cooked. No frozen food from the deep freeze. Perfect. We loved the quirky interior and the style of the restaurant. The music wasnt too loud which enabled us to chat
Our first time here. Definitely a well kept secret. A truly exceptional place. The place has an exceptional ambiance. Both owners looked after us extremely well. The food was absolutely superb. 11 out of 10 all round. We will be back again soon. We cannot complain about anything. It was just perfect
This is a small restaurant so booking is advisable in the weekends. The kids menu is well priced and portions are generous. The adults menu is mainly Ribs or burgers, and they do not disappoint! Soft meat that just falls off the bone and the homemade sauce is yummy. Definitely recommended.
Honestly pleasantly surprised! Didn’t know what to expect but wanted to try something local that wasn’t a big chain. Delivery was quick, staff are very polite, portions were massive and the food was really nice! The menu is different to just a standard burger/rib restaurant and it didn’t disappoint
American-diner inspired menu e.g. nachos with cheese and jalapenos, burgers and ribs. Food may take a while to arrive so not for those in a hurry.

My and my partners favourite restaurant in Hailsham! Whether eating in or taking it home, it’s absolutely delicious and fresh. The staff are so attentive and the atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely. Delivery times for takeaways are fair and on time too. I can’t fault this place and I’d recommend
