Wow amazing. Arrived and was looked after by Rachael. She explained everything and assisted with lots of questions around intolerances [not me]. The owner/chef Colin even offered with 24 hours notice he could alter recipes to accommodate certain intolerances. Fantastic service. Ordered half a portion of nachos with chilli, gorgeous and huge I did my best. The chicken wings were also ordered and they were divine. Then the main course. Crab and Cod burger and a half rack of ribs. Again gorgeous. Can not fault the staff very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Excellent food and a good price. Atmosphere and music great. The only downside to this restaurant is that it’s not on the Wirral!!!. Lucky Hailsham. Good luck to you all. I will be back. X
Great place to eat, the staff are great, the manager can not do enough for you and the food is just amazing. Highly recommend a visit you will not be disappointed.
AMAZING RIBS!!
These ribs were the best I have ever had! So tender that they just fell off the bone and left it totally clean! No fatty bits either, I was so impressed. Side dishes were also just as good - Mac 'n' Cheese was so lovely and cheesy, and the beef nachos were delicious. I cannot wait to have it all again.
The delivery service was also excellent and on time, and the staff did as they promised. Would highly recommend ⭐

Upon entering the miniature venue, ‘surprise’ is the instinctual first impression! ‘How can the raving reviews emerge from such a petit restaurant?’. The small town of Hailsham is fortunate enough to have an amazing eatery just at the foot of the high street!
My personal review of the establishment is as follows;
The friendly folk greet you upon entry just adjacent to the fierce kitchen where the action takes place prior to the consuming of such extravagant delicacy!
Once seating at the table has taken place, we were left to browse the vast vibrant menu; leaving you in a widely confused state; what to choose?!
I hand selected the half rack of ribs with house sauce accompanied by the ‘Jack’; a burger with jack cheese and bacon. I requested shredded ribs to enhance the burger.
Having ordered 2 mains, we waited a short amount of time before the magnificence emerged from the kitchen.
The menu looked delightful but the food was better than any competitor in the area! The meat falls off the bone and the flavours erupt in your mouth!
Dining in or out, I am convinced that I certainly will be returning to considerably my favourite experience of them all in terms of eating out.
I’d like to thank the restaurant staff for providing us with such an enjoyable experience and putting every ounce of passion they have in their dishes!
5 of us went for a birthday celebration, we had great service, staff were very attentive.
Our meals came all at the same time, hot and plentiful.
I had Als burger which was lovely and juicy with skin on chips, others had burgers or ribs with a side dish of macaroni cheese! and loved them.
Drinks and food were all reasonably priced.
A great night all round.
We went to Ribs & Co for my daughter's birthday. The restaurant was absolutely spotlessly clean, the food was delicious. All freshly cooked. No frozen food from the deep freeze. Perfect. We loved the quirky interior and the style of the restaurant. The music wasnt too loud which enabled us to chat during our meal. The owners were absolutely lovely. We will most certainly be going back. Just wish we had found the restaurant sooner.
Our first time here. Definitely a well kept secret. A truly exceptional place. The place has an exceptional ambiance. Both owners looked after us extremely well. The food was absolutely superb. 11 out of 10 all round. We will be back again soon. We cannot complain about anything. It was just perfect all round. This is a small restaurant so booking is advisable in the weekends. The kids menu is well priced and portions are generous. The adults menu is mainly Ribs or burgers, and they do not disappoint! Soft meat that just falls off the bone and the homemade sauce is yummy. Definitely recommended.
Honestly pleasantly surprised! Didn’t know what to expect but wanted to try something local that wasn’t a big chain. Delivery was quick, staff are very polite, portions were massive and the food was really nice! The menu is different to just a standard burger/rib restaurant and it didn’t disappoint on taste. We will 100% be ordering again, great value for money too!
American-diner inspired menu e.g. nachos with cheese and jalapenos, burgers and ribs. Food may take a while to arrive so not for those in a hurry.

My and my partners favourite restaurant in Hailsham! Whether eating in or taking it home, it’s absolutely delicious and fresh. The staff are so attentive and the atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely. Delivery times for takeaways are fair and on time too. I can’t fault this place and I’d recommend to anyone to try eating here. You’ll want to go back again and again.
