Friendly, pretty cafe in the heart of Hailsham. Offers lots of vegan options. The vegan breakfast is delicious and huge and includes yummy homemade baked beans, tasty fake bacon, sausages, hash browns, fried mushrooms, half an avo, vine tomatoes, plus chickpea vegan scrambled egg and spinach on toasted sourdough bread. Child friendly with seats available. Can reserve for busier days.
Today my wife and I visited Will's Cafe for a vegan lunch. The choice was great but we went for the banana blossom fish and chips and I had the vegan Mac and Cheese.
The chips was perfectly salted and crispy. I really enjoyed my Mac and Cheese and the portion size was great. My wife had already decided that we must come back even before she had finished her main as she was so impressed.
The weather was incredible and the garden is such a sun trap that we stayed longer and had the Oreo cheesecake. At first I was unsure about the delivery in a ramekin but it worked and the 'cheese' topping was so good I would love to have a huge bowl of this!
It felt such a treat to be outside enjoying quality food that was well priced and beautifully presented, even our drinks were in gorgeous glasses. Staff were friendly and attentive, even offering us another table with a bit of shade as my wife was going a pink.

Cannot recommend Wills cafe more (but I will). Always fantastic food and friendly service. Beth and team are wonderful and hardworking. I had to work through lunch today and sent them a message to ask if they could have my lunch waiting for me, to take away. It was delicious and ready and waiting for me to collect when I had 5 minutes. Also my husband loves the coffee beans to grind at home. Thank you so much. Highly recommend. 👏🏼♥️🙌🏼
Popped in for a family meal. Food and drinks were served very quickly. The food was hot and delicious, the burger is a very meaty home made one with cheese and Chips, coleslaw and bacon and is most definitely one of the best ones I've had for miles around. Portions are generous too. The staff are very friendly and helpful and attentive. It's a small cafe but very popular, about eight tables, a few outside in the garden I think. Dog friendly. Prices are very reasonable. It's definitely worth booking a table in advance. We're looking forward to coming back to try other dishes from the varied menu. It has a toilet and FREE WiFi. Great place to stumble upon walking down the high street. Clean, spacious and friendly staff. Service was great and the food was delicious. Favourite part was the gingerbread latte!
We had an absolutely wonderful meal here last week. The food was fantastic and the portion sizes were perfect. There was a great selection of vegan and non-vegan food which suits our family as we’re mixed. The cod was unquestionably the best I’ve ever eaten - it was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The staff were so friendly and lovely from the moment we arrived, and chatted happily with us and our girls, and the service was quick. It was a great experience all round and we’ve already spoken about coming back soon with friends and family. Thank you!
Very good quality and quantity full breakfast at a very reasonable price. Friendly, accommodating staff and good, fast service. Would like to come again later in the day and try their other dishes.

My better half and myself were questing for breakfast when we passed by wills and saw a couple of diners with mouthwatering plates of food infront of them. A quick glance at the menu was more than enough to tempt the wife inside once she spied eggs beni on it. Once inside it quickly becomes apparent how cozy the place is with real oak beams and a nice fire place. We were greeted with a warm smile and offered seating anywhere we wished as we were eating we chose a nice table but off to the side was a little nook which looked very relaxed. I went for the full fry which did not disappoint with thick cut bacon a large lump of black pudding crispy hash browns a nice wedge of sour dough toast fresh on the vine tomatoes mushrooms, a very tasty sausage and two eggs and a generous pot of beans. My wife choose eggs beni which came with lashings of sauce. Both plates came steaming hot and fresh. The hot chocolates were to die for a delicious treat. This place has it all warm friendly staff great food and cozy atmosphere we will definitely be back oh and great value for money to.
My new favourite place in Hailsham. Going 2 or 3 times a week now - Foods cracking, staff are friendly and the coffee always hits the spot.
I've now recommended or taken people and the feedback is similar to mine. New best breakfast in this area.
A group of 4 of us went to Wills Friday mid morning. My first time there. It’s so much bigger than it appears from the front and has a nice garden area. From word go, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a selection of drinks and food us and we couldn’t fault any of it. Well presented, good portions and yummy! Reasonably priced too.
Lots of different veggie and vegan options. Not just a cheese and tomato toastie like most places. But don’t worry… plenty for the meat eaters too!
I’d like to give a special mention to the girl who served us. The receipt said it was Beth, but in case someone else was signed on the till, she had reddish hair, working Friday 29th. She was so friendly and chatty. She knew the menu and was able to make recommendations.
I’ll definitely be returning with my parents who I know will love it too.
My favourite local place to eat. The brunch is amazing. The Mac and cheese is next level, I'm obsessed with it. Always extremely friendly and lovely atmosphere.
Popped in for a quick lunch, very quiet which is a shame given the great service and fantastic food. I had the special chorizo and sweet potato hash, very good and I will definitely be returning!
Great place for a burger. Fantastic food and great selection of drinks. Cocktails are great. Only one quibble is ventilation as everything circulated it was making some people's eyes water from onions cooking in the kitchen and all our clothes stank once we'd left. Still worth the 5-star review for the outstanding food though.
Been going to wills since it opened and each time it never disappoints! Friendly welcome upon arrival, amazing service and great food for a reasonable price! Would highly recommend! Suitable for all ages and they allow dogs!

Had a meal here this evening. Cannot fault it the service was excellent, the girls were very attentive and easy to talk to, nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing. All cooked fresh to order and so tasty. Will not hesitate to go back.
