Popped in for a quick lunch, very quiet which is a shame given the great service and fantastic food. I had the special chorizo and sweet potato hash, very good and I will definitely be returning!

Cannot recommend Wills cafe more (but I will). Always fantastic food and friendly service. Beth and team are wonderful and hardworking. I had to work through lunch today and sent them a message to ask if they could have my lunch waiting for me, to take away. It was delicious and ready and waiting for me to collect when I had 5 minutes. Also my husband loves the coffee beans to grind at home. Thank you so much. Highly recommend. 👏🏼♥️🙌🏼

My favourite local place to eat. The brunch is amazing. The Mac and cheese is next level, I'm obsessed with it. Always extremely friendly and lovely atmosphere.

My better half and myself were questing for breakfast when we passed by wills and saw a couple of diners with mouthwatering plates of food infront of them. A quick glance at the menu was more than enough to tempt the wife inside once she spied eggs beni on it. Once inside it quickly becomes apparent how cozy the place is with real oak beams and a nice fire place. We were greeted with a warm smile and offered seating anywhere we wished as we were eating we chose a nice table but off to the side was a little nook which looked very relaxed. I went for the full fry which did not disappoint with thick cut bacon a large lump of black pudding crispy hash browns a nice wedge of sour dough toast fresh on the vine tomatoes mushrooms, a very tasty sausage and two eggs and a generous pot of beans. My wife choose eggs beni which came with lashings of sauce. Both plates came steaming hot and fresh. The hot chocolates were to die for a delicious treat. This place has it all warm friendly staff great food and cozy atmosphere we will definitely be back oh and great value for money to.

My new favourite place in Hailsham. Going 2 or 3 times a week now - Foods cracking, staff are friendly and the coffee always hits the spot.
I've now recommended or taken people and the feedback is similar to mine. New best breakfast in this area.

Popped in for a family meal. Food and drinks were served very quickly. The food was hot and delicious, the burger is a very meaty home made one with cheese and Chips, coleslaw and bacon and is most definitely one of the best ones I've had for miles around. Portions are generous too. The staff are very friendly and helpful and attentive. It's a small cafe but very popular, about eight tables, a few outside in the garden I think. Dog friendly. Prices are very reasonable. It's definitely worth booking a table in advance. We're looking forward to coming back to try other dishes from the varied menu. It has a toilet and FREE WiFi. Great job Wills 👍😍
