Pistachio souffle - Best Dessert :))!!!!
We went last night on the Virgin gift experience menu. I don’t write many reviews, but feel that I need to share this experience. The whole service from start to finish was amazing, the staff were attentive, yet not intrusive. We had the chick pea and cheese soufflé starters, both were presented beautifully and tasted lovely. For mains, we had the trout and the port ribeye. Both were cooked to perfection, the pork was so soft and full of flavour. The dishes were colourful and looked very appealing. I had the pistachio soufflé for dessert, my wife had the treacle sponge. Both were a work of art, and good size portions. As it was our anniversary, we were given a free glass of Prosecco each, and later we were presented with a “happy anniversary” chocolate dessert. We were genuinely blown away. We would very happily recommend this restaurant, you will have a fabulous evening here.
Top end price wise, but quality of food and levels of service are first rate. Card payment only and you need to remember to put your car reg in the hotel system to avoid an automatic fine.
Good atmosphere and good food, recommend the buffalo halloumi burger and chocolate fondant with salted caramel sauce dessert. Service was a little lacking with over w5min wait for a table when told 15mins. Overall, good experience.
Our flight has been cancelled so we were here at the Marriott hotel for a night. Beautiful hotel with cosy decor, warm welcome and well aware of the situation from all staff. We got all the support we needed.
The room was spotless with a big comfy bed. The bar and dining area was super friendly and professional service.
I had a glass of champagne and lovely classic G&T 2for1 happy hours and food was lovely too. Thank you for your warm welcome after a disaster day with Gulf Air.
If you feel like reminding your taste buds how a great dinner taste like, you should definitely come here. The menu is an explosion of flavors and I enjoyed every single bit. The mélange of ingredients is astonishing. Great selection of wines, including a Sicilian Grillo which I enjoyed a lot. The service is punctual and polite ( I was helped by Rafael) and the bill surprisingly fair! I will come again whenever I can.

Food is good. The soup was flavorful but small portion and the accompaniments looked dried out (as prepared beforehand and kept in the fridge). The pork ribeye was delicious with potato and roasted cabbage. Could be served with some kind of gravy though.
Overall really good restaurant for British Hotel Chain standards.

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere ,with professional staff ,who clearly enjoy working here as part of a team.
Staff were attentive ,without being overbearing.
Lacto-vegetarian options were truly scrumptious.

Nice mix of people dining,both hotel guests,travelling to the airport the following day, hotel guests attending conferences, in addition to local people from Hale Barns, and the surrounding areas.
Delicious, intelligent food. Service was top notch seeing to my partners food intolerances , atmosphere was a relaxed pub style in one side and also area for dining was styled up nicely.
Would recommend! only suggestion would be the air conditioning seemed to attack most areas with the lighting moving as a result, bring something warm to wrap up in or wear long sleeves
Our flight got cancelled and ended up in the marriott. We had dinner here and it was very good. The staff were very understanding about some special requests. We did not have any cash on us to tip the staff as we were supposed to be home already... But they definitely deserved it. We stayed here 15-07-23. So if someone reads this please kindly thank your staff from that evening for the enjoyable time and delicious food.
