I ordered online to collect in store. There was a bit of wait as they were understaffed. It's the school half-term holiday. I would have expected more staff working not less.

This MacDonalds is always busy, sometimes there are not many places to park up. Fast service. I have used this MacDonalds many times and never had any problems and I will definitely use it again.

Great takeaway food and never had an issue with an order at all. Only reason scoring this a 4 instead of 5 is the awkward road layout and that you have to drive around in a complete circle, twice, in order to head back in the direction of Old Hill and Dudley. To add to this there can sometimes be a bit of traffic around the corner which can take longer than a typical drivethru.

I only stopped to charge my phone. The lady who helped me was absolutely fantastic and such a lovely person.
I was offered a free coffee and use of the restaurant's landline to call my network operator to get my phone back online.
I only wish that I could remember the lady's name, so that I could put in a better review of her customer service and pass my experience on to the manager

Okay, it's your typical McDonald's and offers fast food. You know what you are going to get and standards we have found are reliable and they quick.
For me, most of the time, I order using the app before leaving home.
This saves time and never had a problem.
The staff are usually cheerful despite the workload and perhaps a handful of ungrateful customers as it seems non-stop for them.

What more can I say, it's McDonald's. Fast service, cheap food, food is ok for the money, order via apps, kiosk or at till, clean, can eat in or takeout, etc. Good for a snack, meal or quick soft drink.
