I ordered online to collect in store. There was a bit of wait as they were understaffed. It's the school half-term holiday. I would have expected more staff working not less.

Met by Sabi fantastic member of staff very attentive to customers. Sabi went above and beyond a credit to the store. Well done keep up the good work. Also met the store manager Cortney who showed extreme professionalism what a great crew at this store.

This MacDonalds is always busy, sometimes there are not many places to park up. Fast service. I have used this MacDonalds many times and never had any problems and I will definitely use it again.

Great takeaway food and never had an issue with an order at all. Only reason scoring this a 4 instead of 5 is the awkward road layout and that you have to drive around in a complete circle, twice, in order to head back in the direction of Old Hill and Dudley. To add to this there can sometimes be a bit of traffic around the corner which can take longer than a typical drivethru.

It’s McDonald’s so you know what you’re getting with the food. Staff are on the ball and I’ve never had a problem here

I only stopped to charge my phone. The lady who helped me was absolutely fantastic and such a lovely person. I was offered a free coffee and use of the restaurant's landline to call my network operator to get my phone back online. I only wish that I could remember the lady's name, so that I could put in a better review of her customer service and pass my experience on to the manager
