It's my favourite coffee shop the staff are amazing so friendly and make everyone feel so welcome
Nero is the one place we can enjoy a coffee when we have our dog with us. They were very friendly and even provided our dog with a bowl of water. It is brilliant that some cafes allow customers to bring their dogs in instead of having to sit outside with the smokers.
Nice decor, friendly and helpful staff, good range of food and drinks including vegetarian and vegan options. Good mix of seating over two floors, outdoor seating too. Nice view over the Victorian market building. Wi-fi access.
Nice coffee shop, friendly staff, upstairs furniture is ageing and feeling old but overall clean and tidy. Another nice Nero's.

I’ve never had the food, so I can’t comment, but I will say that plenty of people do eat here so it must be nice.

Sadly the service can be a bit slow, but good coffee can’t be rushed.
Always friendly,nice relaxed vibe. Not really an upmarket or premium place as it's on a precinct so it attracts all kinds of people which makes it more vibrant. Good coffees, fair price. Has public toilets too.
Nice cafe with friendly staff. Coffee is the best and my panini was delicious. Clean and comfortable with plenty of room inside or outside.

Great service, and friendly staff. There is also an upstairs seating area which is great as well as indoor and outdoor seating. There are a range of hot and cold drinks available. I have been a few times and had their iced coffee and hot chocolate. It is reasonably priced and a good spot for cakes and coffee
Always friendly staff, quick service and top drinks. Often get a coffee in the morning before college or sit in and do some work. It's always a calm atmosphere to do so.
Handled large order well. Advised all customers table by table, calmly and politely that due to the inclement weather, snow, the cafe would be closing early. Drinks as good as ever, staff excellent.
