Busy but great service. Very attentive to customers. The guy and girl working behind the counter both very efficient and friendly. Great customer service from the guy especially.
Another good cafe n. A little run down and mostly full of elderly folk. The coffee, as always, was great, and the staff very attentive and friendly.
Nice decor, friendly and helpful staff, good range of food and drinks including vegetarian and vegan options. Good mix of seating over two floors, outdoor seating too. Nice view over the Victorian market building. Wi-fi access.

Great service, and friendly staff. There is also an upstairs seating area which is great as well as indoor and outdoor seating. There are a range of hot and cold drinks available. Always friendly,nice relaxed vibe. Not really an upmarket or premium place as it's on a precinct so it attracts all kinds of people which makes it more vibrant. Good coffees, fair price. Has public toilets too.
Nero is the one place we can enjoy a coffee when we have our dog with us. They were very friendly and even provided our dog with a bowl of water. It is brilliant that some cafes allow customers to bring their dogs in instead of having to sit outside with the smokers.
Clean, friendly, cozy, popped in for a mocha staff were great, cafe was lovely and clean, it was really cozy, I will deffo be going more often
Good coffee, polite staff. Choice of beverages and snacks. Ground and first floor seating and pavement tables and chairs.

Very pleasant staff, knowledgeable about coffee .
Nice coffee shop, friendly staff, upstairs furniture is ageing and feeling old but overall clean and tidy. Another nice Nero's.
