With a variety of ATMs available, you'll never have to wait too long to access your money. The staff here are always friendly and willing to help with any queries you might have. They're knowledgeable about their products and services, and can offer useful advice and support to customers. One minor downside to this branch is that there's often a homeless person sitting outside, which can be a little uncomfortable. However, this shouldn't detract from the overall quality of the bank itself. If you're in the area and looking for a reliable banking option, the Halifax Bank is definitely worth a visit.

I went into the bank, with a complicated query. It was nice to see a bank with real people as staff on the shop floor. As I walked in a young lady introduced herself and asked how she could help. I explained the problem and she invited me to sit down on one of the settees in the customer lounge whilst she went away and did her thing, coming back with an answer that resolved my query. Very impressed.
