We visited in April 2019. When you arrive at the hotel, the setting is amazing and the staff within were wonderful. When we arrived, it was fairly empty so we was offered a single room on top of the family room that we had booked so our son could have a room to himself, at no extra charge, for the night. We were also warned that there was a party going on the Saturday evening but assured that the noise would be kept to a minimum and would end at a certain time. This over-ran but the staff could not have been more apologetic about it all. Really loved the hotel, staff and the rooms were clean, tidy and welcoming
