A very friendly place. It's my local so I know a lot who go in there, but it's on the canal so we do get one time visitors and they're always made to feel welcome. It's also dog friendly.

Just off the canal path. Friendly staff. Nice environment. Good selection of drinks. I would recommend. Just the pit stop we needed after a long walk.

You will be guaranteed a great welcome and they serve excellent ales, besides you can order your Indian takeaway from the upstairs restaurant while having a pint and it is delivered to your table
