Jam was our favourite cafe for many years - especially when my son was young, because it has a wonderful play area for the kids. Food and coffee were always good. When I went recently, I was disappointed at the lack of gluten/dairy free food options, so sadly, I couldn’t have anything to eat.☹️ The atmosphere is still great however, the kids area is awesome and there’s plenty of food options for those without intolerances or allergies.

We visited Jam for lunch on Mothers Day. It was very busy. The staff were attentive, smiley, and organized. There were lots of choices of food, including a special menu for Mum's. The food was delicious and well presented.

Good food and service but interior tired and needs a revamp. Cushion back bench seating at the back torn in places and too low to sit and eat. Floor unswept, tables not wiped and cleaned properly between meals. Place seemed a bit dirty. Even though busy, fresh decor and furnishing is much needed.

This was my first visit and definitely will not ne my last. My food was absolutely delicious and I look forward to returning to try other dishes. My request for an extra hot hot chocolate was listened to and delivered as requested - yummo!
