Fantastic swimming pool with nice wide lanes, clean facilities and very friendly staff. For what you get it is very reasonably priced, especially when you get a 20 swim concession membership. I look forward to each swim session since starting here.

This morning a sweet front desk introduced me, a foreigner, the fee, the facility and the way to enter so friendly. Male changing room is not big but clean with a hot water shower room and 2 toilet rooms.
There are about 8 lanes which are maybe 25 meters long. Water is clear and just perfect warm.
I stayed there from 9 to 11:30. There were about 4 swimmers in the beginning and 10 in the end.

Beautiful pool with wide lanes, sparkling water. Water temp is perfect and the changing rooms have everything you need. I have only used the pool on a casual basis but would def join if I lived closer. Very friendly front desk and cafe is superb.

Fast lane has everything I need to train for my first triathlon. The staff are kind, polite and helpful and Russel is just an amazing swimming coach. I highly recommend Fast Lane

The whole place is inclusive and non pretentious. I have enjoyed the facilities here its like a 1 stop shop for all your health and recreational benefits. The pool is excellent and I have enjoyed the variety of classes to choose from. The trainers are great and personable and change the classes often. The food is nutritious & my favourite is the caramel protein shake and mojo coffee. Parking is easy and convenient and I look forward to my workouts daily.

This review is just for the cafe: great selection of food, which tastes quite good with good quality ingredients, however the prices are very expensive for the small portion sizes.

Never used the gym facilities there but the cafe has amazing food! Have tried the salads and slices. Small portions are huge! Never disappointed. Does get busy but you can get your food items to go, no problem!

They have a really nice swimming pool. Water and facility are maintained very well and clean. Kids go there to learn to swim. One kid was a very beginner and now she is not afraid of water any more. The swimming teachers are very kind and great. Kids love them. highly recommend
