2nd visit and can’t say enough about it. Staff are so friendly the food is amazing well worth a visit guys. The eggs Benedict is amazing

A little slow to serve me during peak hours but I expect that of a smaller store. Nice decor and a decent selection of cake. I only tried the coffee and it's great, perhaps a little too hot for brewing, but it's very close to perfect.

One of the best places to eat in Hamilton. Amazing pasta dishes (they should bottle their sauce) , ciabattas, cakes and excellent coffee . Wonderful staff and service. Disappointed to note that they no longer allow dogs but that is understandable due to actions of some irresponsible dog owners. I haven't been in since it was recently refurbished in August (arrived to find it closed) so I hope the pasta is still on the menu.

Fabulous! Salsiccia pasta is delicious, generous portion and proper salsiccia. We often pop in for soup or coffee and a cake, all scrumptious. Highly recommend.

Food was nice. Prices are super ok 👌the staff was very kind and fast. The sweets werent to our taste (incredibly sweet), however I know that’s how people around here like’em so I cannot fault them for that

Great food! Welcoming atmosphere! Both times 🥰. John and the other staff were so sweet. They made us feel so at home. I wish Ronzio could have a location in Indiana, USA. I was able to go twice but twice was not enough. The food had my mouthwatering and it was so rich with flavor.

I've been visiting Ronzio for a while, and to be honest, it's the service that always brings me back. Yes, the food is great, and some gluten-free and vegan options are appreciated.
Rachael is an absolute credit to the Ronzio brand. She is super efficient, professional,polite, and welcoming. She can also diplomatically manage every situation ...a real asset to Ronzio.
Don't ever let her leave ! A fantastic individual 👏

popped in with my mum near closing time - sorry again, I was leaving for the airport! The staff could not have made us feel more comfortable even as they were near the end of their shift. Special shout-out to Lauren for being so nice and accommodating and demonstrating the ‘Ronzio way’ till the end.

We were so impressed after our first visit for brunch when we visited on a short break holiday to the local area that we went back again, the day after (we wouldn't normally do this as we like to try new places), and we experienced the same high quality food and service, in a nice setting too.

Wasn’t sure what to expect from the outside but inside it’s real nice and a breath of fresh air compared to the canteen-like other places nearby. The meatball ciabatta was tasty (but will hold the mayo next time) however sadly the iced latte was really bad and had some chemical foam that wouldn’t mix with the coffee so next time will ask for simply espresso, milk and ice. The bean roasting machine looked interesting would be nice to visit when it’s turned on.
