The staff were all very friendly. Food was really good. The restaurant wasn't very clean though, dirty tables and surrounding areas. Could be more organised as I was surprised they had run out of ingredients to make three of the cocktails that I wanted, especially on a Friday afternoon!!!

Nice American style diner with quite a pleasant vibe. The food was really good and the staff were friendly and very helpful. However, our table and the area around it were quite grubby and they had run out of quite a few of the cocktail ingredients early on a Friday evening.

First time visiting here. Now my favorite place to eat in. We were served by the manager Alan (Honey Buns) who was brilliant. The food was amazing and portion serving was perfect. Atmosphere was great, reminded me of my time in Tennesse. Really looking forward to returning here bringing the family and friends.

Alan the new manager was absolutely 💯 fantastic...he went above and beyond for my friend's and myself...wentbto the shop next door to get the juice we wanted....prompt service great atmosphere nice and clean...thanks Alan from Annemarie..Christine...Joyce and Sandra....Happy people

Good portions. The chicken strips with chips that I ordered was quite filling. Hubby order a chicken burger and he enjoyed that too. We both thought there's limited options though - some pasta added on the menu would be nice.

Another really great Monterey Jacks. Food has always been good on each visit and the staff have always been great. My only criticism is sometimes it has been tricky to get a hold of the staff when needing extra drinks etc. apart from that though it’s a great place to go for a meal.

My wife and I had lunch at the Hamilton restaurant. I ordered the classic nachos and don#t give a cluck burger along with a red berry and lime fruit cider. My wife ordered the southern fried chicken 6pieces and fries along with a Pepsi Max. Food was delicious and arrived quickly. My only gripe is price is a little expensive and no lunch time specials? Restaurant decor and furniture are unusual with old beer kegs as light shades and old cable drums as tables!!!

Great beer garden and also dog friendly! Came in for a few drinks. The staff were very helpful and friendly - I recommend the cocktails esp the Lolas Cherry Cola.

Friday lunch which consisted of 2 burgers, 2 sides & 2 drinks & it came to around £35, which isn't the cheapest or the best burger I've had, however it was still very tasty.
Restaurant was quiet but we were well cared for and the new rules were well explained.
The 4 stars are purely down to cost & having to order fries separately, which is always a bugbear of mine.
