Panera Bread

First, I will share that what I ordered was accurate as well as delicious. It was ready quickly (I had pre-ordered and chose to pick it up inside.) Knowing I had an hour's drive ahead of me after picking up my lunch I used the restroom and was quite surprised when I saw the condition of the facilities. I posted pictures and I hope upper management sees them and takes notice that recourses need to be dedicated to this Panera for restroom updates and improvements. If this is the same restroom that the staff also has to use, it makes me feel like management could care a bit more about working conditions. I can't speak for all of the restaurant, but from the pickup door to the restroom, and to pickup my order and then leave, the restaurant looked dirty and unkept.

My wife, son and I went to Panera Bread Earlier today and left after no one came to the counter to assist us. There were at least 4 people in plain view of us and one young lady looked directly at us. If being at the register isn’t your job, go find someone. I’m big on customer service and by what we experienced today, we won’t come back.

Food was just barely warm and we ordered and ate inside. Asked if they could heat up the food or just microwave it and they said they couldn’t reheat the pizza cause we had barely touched one side and they didn’t offer to remake one or fix anything. All the booths are ripped, drink area has gnats flying around and just not great. 2 stars cause the manager came over and said sorry but just offered us a cookie as we were leaving.

Good staff but clearly whomever designs these stores doesn’t eat or work there. Two beverage stations. So if you wast ice coffee you got to run back and forth. They have a new beverage club membership but poor design means overworked staff can’t keep up with refilling the coffee station much less knowing when it’s empty. The people make this place possible so please be kind. Corporate. You need help.

Food was ok , just not as satisfying as your Panera Bread on Warwick Blvd.near CNU What a shame. This place was Dirty , Windows were so dirty, I was afraid to enter, .... I mentioned to an associate how dirty the entrance of the restaurant was, she seemed oblivious... Was she not aware COVID is Still Real!!!!!. Please clean this place.

This was the first time we stopped here for lunch and we ordered 1/2 sandwiches which came to 8.19 each without tax, I'm not complaining about the cost what really mad me mad was when we got home and looked at the receipt it said we should have gotten a drink with the meal. Well the girl who took our order never told us that. I felt she should have told us it comes with a drink and chips but she didn't bother. Whatever happened to customer service, no one nowadays seems to care but they want you to tip them.
