Tonight I ordered the grilled chicken club meal, instead of regular fries I went all out and ordered their bacon cheese fries. The sandwich I found delicious and fresh but the cheese fries were microwaved hard and barely editable.

Place is filthy, seems to be staffed entirely by teenagers with no supervision. I couldn't bring myself to eat the burger because the lettuce looked and smelled like it came off the floor, and that was after watching the employees literally just dance around and screw off for 10 minutes before realizing that fries needed to be made to complete the orders people were standing there waiting for. Never going back to this one.

Waited for 15 minutes order was ALL wrong. Receipt clearly shows no tomatoes, no onions, add pickles. Burger was completely opposite. Then copped an attitude because I pointed out that they forgot my fries.

I love Hardee's but this store was only manned by 2-3 people. The line was long, you couldn't go inside, didn't giving me what I ordered. Had to go back and wait outside the door to have someone correct my order. Do stop and eat here. The girl that did help me, although pleasant, did not put all my items back in the bag nor did I get a new bag. The NO NO to this: They didn't make a fresh Burger 🍔 they just took of the special seasons/mayo and gave me onions that I ask for.

This place was horrible. Service is terrible for some reason everyone who works here has a i don’t care attitude and like being rude to customers. Food was terrible i ordered a chicken biscuit and the chicken was pretty much burnt and mostly breading. French toast sticks were cold hard and had no taste my toddler wouldn't even eat them. I was so disappointed and will never be going back again

The service always sucks, there. They are nevered prepared, food isnt hot, it's always understaffed, the wrong order, its just to much. The food doesn't stand up to QA requirements. Retraining is a must, proper etiquette needs to be implied and restored. Everytime you visit the establishment, you think they would get it rite but it never happens. Totally fed up with the service totally.
