This PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! They either give the wrong order or they give you what THEY want and not what you paid for. Management is always extremely rude and nasty no matter who it is so they obviously just hire anyone. The food preparers SUCK. You walk out paying $50 and it look like they gave you $5 worth of food just HORRIBLE!! Look at this suppose to be baconator below. I paid $8 for looks like a $2 plate smh

I went for lunch at 1030am. They acknowledged lunch starts at 1030 but they were not ready for it. I was told it would be 5minutes. I said I did not have a problem waiting 5 minutes. They wouldn't ring up my meal or take my money they said go sit in parking lot for 5-10min then get back in line. there was already 4 cars at drive thru. they need to work on their service skills.

These people are the bomb dot com. I pulled up late night in a semi and they made my day. Even though closing time was in less than 10 mins I still got hot food. Much appreciated to that night staff on 5/13/22.

Manager is on point and extremely friendly and helpful with my large frosty order. Staff is conscious of their surroundings and it's no wonder they have a 100 health score.

This Wendy's is the best by far. Whether you use the drive thru, or have to go in. They have excellent customer service, the food is always great, and I hate they are not the closest to where I live. If you are in the area, you should stop by.

This place is bad. I ordered a jr bacon cheese burger PLAIN and they gave me one with mayo, tomato, and lettuce. This place needs work. And I ordered ranch and THEY DIDN’T GIVE IT TO ME!! I can’t each their chicken without their ranch. And they tell me that the 444 is now the 5 dollar biggie bag?!?! ITS THE SAMS THING BUT YOUR CHARGING ME AN EXTRA DOLLAR?!?! I’d rather go to Chick-fil-A in lovejoy then stay in this drive thru

This place has terrible service threw the drive threw that’s supported with locked dining and if you try and combat these obstacles with online order you get the privilege of getting in the same drive threw that your trying to avoid. Only if Dave could see what “fast” food has become!
