Once again we received an underbaked pizza. They offer to remake it…but it’s not even worth it to have to deal with their employees attitude. Go ANYWHERE else

I placed two large orders for school events, and their staff was amazing. They were very patient and helpful, and they delivered the orders on time.

Food is always hot and fresh order always accurate...I love papa John's but this is the very best location in my area.

I'm sitting at the drive thru window ..there's a guy standing there ..looks at me.pull up then walks away for 5 to 10 mins then comes back to give me my order .. terrible customer service... parking lot full of employees

I ordered a pizza and a dead fly was cooked into the pizza! All the manager could say was he would send out another pizza! Why would I want another pizza! I told them to bring me my money back! In a situation like this I should get pizza for life, just not from this location! And I was about to give my toddler the pizza! This is unacceptable!!! If I could give them no stars they would have it! Dont eat from here!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Went in there Friday night (08-13-2021) to get some pizza and wings. After ordering I looked over and noticed that the two ladies in the back were not wearing gloves to prepare the food. Also, there were flies flying all around the preparing area. Also, I noticed they didn’t have on any hairnets (they had long braids). As they were preparing the pizza they were leaning over it, causing their hair to touch the food. Once I noticed this I asked the lady at the front “They don’t wear gloves while making the food?” She responded with a simple “no” as if it was a regular occurrence. I immediately asked for a refund and the ladies in the back had the nerve to wonder why I no longer wanted my order. Long story short stay away from this location!! Very unsanitary!

The worst pickup pizza got home like it came out the garbage usually go to on j clyde, when took it back couldn't get management had to deal with a team member they was unconcern. I was very calm when interacting with person they just don't care funny I can see if it happened too them and they going off like crazy, what's more people playing like they gonna slap another team member with the dough Big Bethel Papa John Pizza in Hampton Virginia.
