Always good coffee and sandwiches always fresh. Staff at the Poynton branch are efficient, friendly & helpful. One criticism, quite often when I go in at 8am there's hardly any choice of sandwiches!

Got a nasty pasty. Cheese and onion flavour to be precise. It was delicious.

Excellent customer service from Bacca and his staff, especially Bacca Smiling and attentive to every individual, apologetic if a little delay for something, great rapport with everyone that walks in the door. One of the best Greggs I have been in. It’s worth driving to this Greggs for the consistency and great service.

We have visited a few times to the Handforth bakery recently. There is a young gentleman called Bacca?! that works there who should be recognised for his amazing customer service, great manner, friendly, polite, well knowledgeable work ethic...he told us about the offer we could get that day, which was a bonus! He seems to go above and beyond. While we were stood in the queue, he was working hard, serving with a smile, keeping the customer happy with a chat while on the go, helping his colleagues, what an all rounder! Well done....this is how you do customer service.
Greg's you must be proud 👏🏽 I came in for a glazed donut and southern fried chicken baguette and had service better than a top hotel I stayed in recently FACT!

Service here is totally customer focused. Nothing is too much trouble. Bacca is amazing. A really refreshing experience.

Best Greggs in the country. Always great service and served with a cheery smile. The supervisor Bacca is a legend and Greggs are lucky to have him.
