Enjoyed Sunday Lunch here, staff very welcoming, lovely food, can recommend the roast pork and roast beef. Excellent sized portions, nice to have cauliflower cheese as standard and not an extra.

Enjoy coming here for events or gatherings on occassion. Drinks seem slightly higher than other places which is a shame. Majority of times welcoming and friendly staff. Entertainment has been good the few times I have been. Worth a visit.

Well what a wonderful welcome to what's now our new local.
Lovely landlord and lady, Will and Hayley, infact the whole team are lovely, food is great , have ate there a few times now, booking is recommended as it's very popular especially on a Sunday. The carvery just keeps coming.
I love the atmosphere here, plus there's always something going on during the week.. well done Will and Hayley on making this such a great pub.

First visit and we were made very welcome. The chef is from Sardinia and brings authentic cuisine to your plate. Very sunny garden and conservatory with a delightfully chilled bar for the super hot days.

Came here for a roast today for my mums birthday. Roast was lovely loads of meat on the large, drinks were reasonably priced. Desserts were a bit over priced, but staff were amazing.
Overall a really nice experience and would come back again.

We were shown to a lovely conservatory in the back of a quaint pub for a 30th 1920s /1930's birthday party. Yes it was the Queens Head pub in Hanham Bristol. We had a heavenly cocktails and then food, which was beautifully cooked. All credit to our hosts but the landlord made our evening relaxing and stress free.

My sister in law held my baby shower here today. It was lovely, we had the whole conservatory and everyone found it easy to get drinks.
We had a graze board made here and it was absolutely amazing (cheese meats and breads and different fruits). Everything was affordable and they decorated the room with the linen and white chair bows.
Thank you for making the day run smoothly and making it a lovely memory 😊

Well, since My last visit eight months ago what an improvement! The Landlord, Will and his humorous chef Freddie made Us feel so welcome, didn't get to meet the Landlady but even though there was a problem with the gas supply we were served delicious food.
Lovely new decor and a (hopeful) return to the standards of the Pub before it resembled the bar from the original Star Wars!

Absolutely lovely carvery lunch today at Queens head Hanham. The meat was delicious- choice of 4!! And all the accompanying veg was also really tasty. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend 10/10

As a party of 5, we pre-booked for a Sunday carvery today.On initial phone call, the staff were polite & very obliging.
On the actual day 13/1/19,we were greeted with a warm smile,with excellent service.
We were not to be disappointed with the food either. It was cooked lovely & tasted lovely.
We will definitely book to go again.

Well worth the effort to seek out. On the Casque-mark Ale Trail and plenty of beers to choose from (Bishops Finger 5% went down very well) Friendly and engaging staff.
