We went as a large group for the bottomless brunch. We had an amazing time. The waiters were friendly and accommodating. The drinks just kept flowing. Definitely value for money. Would go again.

Nice, relaxed surroundings, wide range of cocktails, bit limited on draft beer, but also sell bottled. Pleasant service. Didn't eat on this occasion, but have had the tapas previously and enjoyed the food.

Absolutely fantastic day spent in Bloom for a Friends birthday. All the staff were brilliant and the food and drinks were amazing. Will definitely recommend the afternoon tea.

Had an excellent visit to Bloom with friends before a theatre visit last week. The food was absolutely incredible we all loved everything we ordered which was a selection of mini plates. The cocktails were fun and very creative. The service was good with friendly staff. A 30 second walk to the theatre as well which was very handy in the English weather!

Thank you so much to the team at bloom Hanley we had a fantastic baby shower today and nothing was too much trouble, food was amazing and so we're the drinks. Will be back for bottomless brunch when our friends baby arrives 😋

1st time I've ever been, and it won't be the last! Absolutely warm and welcoming atmosphere, staff were very friendly and totally professional. The service was incredible and didn't have to wait long for our order to arrive. The food was fabulous 😋 definitely come again. Thank you so much
